dc.description.abstract England, Austria, Italy, and Germany are rather surprised that a new French bond issue named "Bond for the Liberation of the Nation" had been 14-fold oversubscribed by the French people as well as by international investors. It seems that France finally has woken up and one day may even become a European powerhouse again.
