dc.description.abstract Caricature of Tragala. This print is again an attack against Louis-Philippe. The face of the King carries the traits of the actor Emmanuel Lepeintre in his role as Trugala (Tragala) in the play "Vingt ans plus tard" (Twenty years later). The big belly of the artist represented a perfect similarity to the King's own figure. In this drawing the King wears the uniform of a police-officer (Chef des Alguazils). en_US
