dc.description This clay alabastron has a small mouth and a wide, flaring, slightly chipped lip which is bisected by a horizontal groove. The neck is short and narrow. The body widens sharply below the neck, then gradually to a central bulge and to a rounded bottom. Thin, horizontal lines are incised around the body, and thicker, faded black lines circle the object similarly.
