dc.description The bulbous ceramic vessel has a flat bottom. The rim is defined by a slight bulge. Placed below the rim are three short, evenly-spaced knobs, each with a hole through its center; the piece’s size in addition to the fact that it could be suspended points to the possibility that it is a small cooking pot. The surface is dirty, accompanied by fairly substantial salt encrustation.
