dc.description.abstract his is Daumier's last lithograph that was published in the CHARIVARI. Hazard suggests that this print had already been drawn by Daumier in 1869. According to Grass- Mick (Lumière sur Daumier 1931, p. 17) this is Daumier's last original lithograph sold to the Charivari. Three good bourgeois, their hats tied at the top with ribbons and decorated with a number, walk front view, arms linked, singing. It refers to the return of the Senate. en_US
