Late Byzantine, Provincia Syria-Palaestina, c. 450 – 550 C.E.
Flat red terracotta lamp with heavy encrustation, what appears to be a ring-like design circling the central hole, though the design is too badly obscured to accurately determine this. The bottom is stamp with a faded seal, the front tip of which is stained with an unidentified green substance.
